2. Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Denmark. To confirm delivery to your area, please enter your address during checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered in 1–2 working days. Deliveries to other EU countries take around 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery is free on orders above €29 within the Netherlands and free on orders above €39 in Germany and Belgium. Please check our shipping page for more detail.

5. Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?
Yes. We offer Next Day Morning Delivery (10:00–13:00) in select areas of the Netherlands for an additional charge.

6. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We source products from trusted Indian brands like TRS, Aashirvaad, MDH, Haldiram, Daawat, and Shan, ensuring quality and authenticity.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes. We provide bulk discounts for restaurants, event organizers, and regular buyers. Please contact customer service for details.

9. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time.
