**Temperature & Liability:** Frozen products are packed with insulated materials to maintain temperature during transit. Customers must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt. If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt and the package is delayed, Mini India Grocery is not responsible for temperature-related quality issues.

**Mixed Orders (Frozen + Non-Frozen):** If your order contains frozen and non-frozen items, the entire order may be restricted to Netherlands delivery only. We may split the shipment depending on delivery area and availability.
